This seminar is mandatory for all beginner Minkey umpires & important for all continuing Minkey umpires. You will be given instructions as to the procedure for each Saturday morning, as well as specific Minkey umpiring training.  Our speaker is an international umpire with tons of experience training umpires and there is lots of audience participation!
