2023 Junior Indoor Season EOI

Junior Indoor Hockey Club Championships and Term 4 Indoor Season

This form is simply an expression of interest, you can register for the following:

Club Champs Part 1 Monday 2nd October 2023 – Thursday 5 October 2023

or

Term 4 season Part 2 Friday 20th October - Friday 15th December 2023 (TBC)

or

Both.

Registration and payment will open up closer to the events

Part 1 - Junior Indoor Club Champs

Hockey WA have opened nominations for the 2023 Fuel to Go & Play Junior Indoor Club Championships.

The tournament will run out of Mundaring Arena on Monday 2nd October 2023 – Thursday 5 October 2023.

Age groups & divisions that will be available are:

U13s: Mixed - To play in the under 13 division, a player must be aged 12 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held

U15s: Boys & Girls - To play in the under 15 division, a player must be aged 14 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held.

U18s: Boys & Girls - To play in the under 18 division, a player must be aged 17 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held

Each team must contain a minimum of 50% of players registered with the nominating club from the winter season

PLEASE BE AWARE - If similar to last year, certain age groups play on certain days so assume if you play u15s it will be held over 2 days and potentially not 2 days in a row and fixtures are traditionally always late getting published so don't expect to know much until late the week prior.

Cost Estimated $100 including umpire cost

Part 2 - Term 4 Indoor Season

Date – Friday 20th October - Friday 15th December 2023 (TBC)

U13s

Venue: HBF Stadium, Mt Claremont or Lumen Christi College or Trinity College

Day: Sundays (TBC)

 U15s & U18s

Venue(s): Lumen Christi College & Trinity College

Day: Fridays

Note: Teams may play at either venue throughout the season.

U18 Boys & Girls - To play in the under 18 division, a player must be aged 17 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held.

U15 Boys & Girls - To play in the under 15 division, a player must be aged 14 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held.

U13 Boys & Girls - To play in the under 13 division, a player must be aged 12 years or less on the 1st of January of the year in which the championship is held.

Each team must contain a minimum of 50% of players registered with the nominating club from the winter season.
